A waste of one young heart.
Out by the sea, he sees nothing,
not a dove in sight.
From the woods, near the trees,
Not one breath, to shake his knees.
But from the cold, he will freeze,
And from the darkness, he will crash down.
Because nothing, will stop the agony he has found.
A mist of rain, a flash of thunder,
A strike of pain, and tears uncovered.
From underneath, we feel the burden,
And all the hope that was left for him... broken.
No sight to see, no air to breathe,
No sound to hear, from ear to ear,
Upon that mountain, there is no fear,
So there he will lay, not one single tear.
He will not feel, he will not cry,
No more effort, too tired to try,
He's done his duty, there's no more lies,
Just leave the waste, and say goodbye.
Upon that mountain, we will find, a waste of one young heart,
and a disintegrated mind.
