What Meets The Eye
Call me by my name, But say no more, For I can hear you clearly. Listen to the beat of the song, But sing, you shall not, For the music is not to be sung. Watch the doves fly by, Watch, the rhythm of their wings unfold, But tell not, one soul, its for you only to witness. Feel the cold of the winters breeze, As the frigid air pinches at your skin, Cover up no more, numbness will spread before you know it. Smell the beauty of mother nature, Let the arms of the trees guide the way, But take no pictures, for this scenery is for you to see...only. Surrender the sixth sense, god has given you, On blank pages, you will write, For no one will read it, unless you wish it. Taste the bitterness the world has set upon you, For only you can make that sourness disappear. And when that time comes, you will feel, smell, hear, see, listen, speak and think all at once. And that relevent moment bestowed upon you will change everything.
